Less Oxygen Makes You Dizzy

If you have read the earlier post in this blog, you know that snorers have more chance to get headache and migraine.

Christian Goodman, the creator of The Stop Snoring Exercise Program has posted a proof on his blog about this.

He did not mention about snoring, but it is related:

Snoring ==> caused by airway obstrution ==> less oxygen

When he was on an airplane, he felt dizzy. When he checked, he actually had less oxygen because the pilot shut off most of the airflow.

When the airflow was normal again, he did not feel dizzy anymore, and so did the rest of the passengers.
